Exotic beach tours in Rio
Buzios, Angra, Ilha Grande and Paraty

Located 105 miles (about 2hours) from the city of Rio de Janeiro, BÚZIOS, considered the "Brazilian Mediterranean Coast Line",  famous worldwide because of  Brigitte Bardot , was originally settled by European pirates and slave traders and became a picturesque fishing village, elected one of the 10 most beautiful areas in the world, famous for its unique combination of rustic charm, architectural harmony, incredible beauty and sophisticated boutiques and restaurants.

With over 20 beaches, the most famous are:  Azeda Beach (small beach with calm and crystal-clear water. You get there either on foot by a small trail that begins in "Ossos Beach" or by boat); João Fernandinho Beach (small beach with calm and crystal-clear water); Ferradura Beach (beautiful horseshoe-shaped bay, with calm, crystal-clear water); Geribá Beach (wonderful open beach, perfect for practicing sports like surf, moreyboogie and windsurf).

ANGRA DOS REIS ( "Bay of the Kings")  is located at 168 km from the city of Rio de Janeiro,  placed to the south coast, in the littoral,  is a land formed by beautiful beaches, a paradise and a discrete refuge for foreign tourists.  With more than 360 islands and 2.000 beaches, the trips by ship in the course of the islands are splendid.

The Saco del Cielo (The Heaven´s Bag) and The Botinas are excellent sites  to practice  immersions where Fishes, shellfish, algae, corals, crustaceans and turtles can be seen while diving in Angra dos Reis, whose waters have a good visibility most of the year.

Some other interesting places  to visit are the Monumento aos Náufragos,  
Pico do Frade, Convento de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, Ilha da Gipóia, Ilhas de Cataguás, Ilhas Botinas , Praia da Biscaia
and Praia da Enseada.

ILHA GRANDE is the largest island in Angra dos Reis,  home to some of Brazil's most enchanting scenery, has more than 100 white sand beaches and its hilly interior is densely covered with a pristine swath of Mata Atlântica, waterfalls, craggy peaks, topaz lagoons and  abundant wildlife (monkeys, marmosets,  red-browed Amazon parrots).

PARATY (Parati) is a cozy colonial an historic town, 125 miles from Rio, lies on the border between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo states. The historic center is a national historic monument, closed to vehicles, the streets and buildings are preserved.
